Our Childbirth Education class is a semi-private, 8-hour comprehensive course divided into two sessions of 4 hours each. While it is encouraged for the birthing parent to bring a partner, it is not mandatory. The class is limited to four birthing teams, ensuring a personalized experience and allowing for meaningful discussions. The class is based on the Lamaze curriculum and is divided into three units: labor and birth, comfort measures, and life with baby.
